The 2013 pool season is right around the corner! We hope that you plan on joining us this year as we are looking forward to having another successful year filled with fun and relaxation. Below you will find details concerning the pool!
COST
The pool cost is $450 for Non Golfing Members and $200 for Golfing Members. You can be a golfing member as low as $500 per year but our most popular membership is the Meadows Special at $550. With the Meadows Special, you get 25 rounds of golf including cart valid any day/anytime. Anyone can use the rounds and if you play 9 holes is just a ½ round. Give me a call if you are interested in becoming a golfing member and I can help you find a membership the will fit your needs and give you a discount on the pool membership!
HOURS AND DATES
The pool is scheduled to open on Friday, May 24th at 2:00 PM and close for the season on Sunday September 8th. The pool will operate on a reduced hourly schedule with lifeguards until Montgomery County Schools are out. Normal operating hours are Sunday NOON – 8:00 PM. Monday – Saturday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. There will be some late night hours that will be posted on the bulletin board starting in June.
GUESTS
The fee for each guest is $5.00 for ages 4 and above and $3.00 for ages 3 and under. Guests are limited to a total of five (5) visits per calendar month regardless of who their host is. Host members may bring a maximum of four (4) guests per day unless they receive prior written approval. An unaccompanied member under the age of 18 is allowed only one (1) paying guest per day. All guests must be accompanied by, and signed in by, a host member who will fill out a guest registration card for each visit. Guests cannot remain on the pool property after their host leaves. All guests will abide by the Meadows Golf and Swim Club rules and regulations. Host members are responsible for ensuring that their guests know, understand, and follow all pool rules. Any guest asked to leave for violating pool rules may be denied entrance to the pool for a period of time deemed appropriate by Management, ranging from one day to the full season.

CHARGING PRIVILEGES
Starting April 1st, all Members must have a sign credit card form on file to be able to charge to your account. At the end of the month, we will charge that credit card we have on file for all your charges such as pool guest fees, food & beverage, and pro shop needs. We will send your statement and receipt at this time also. I hope you find this a convenience to you so you won’t have to worry about sending us a check each month. This will also help us keeping improving the facility each month!
